Project Life Inspired

Well hello little lost blog post in Drafts...

I couldn't resist putting this card together based on a Flybaby stamping challenge using the spotlighting technique.  The sentiment is from an Ali Edward's set from Technique Tuesday.

2012 Project Life

Finally caught up with this year and got my 2012 PL album off and running.  I'm loving the Cobalt collection that I chose.  It has my most favorite little quote in it "Live, Laugh, Love"!

Keeping it simple.  I've added some extra page protectors with things like the drawings from our Pictionary game, nutritional info from Culver's, a recipe, and some artwork of DD2's.

I'm seeing a lot of great inspiration and it's beautiful to look at and admire, but it won't be my style.

Project Life is all about keeping it simple and documenting life.

That's my aim too!

I did it for 2011 and have no regrets. 

A photo, 

a journal card 

and some extra stuff as it comes my way.

(working on 2011 Year in Review Shutterfly books for my kids...since it doesn't ask below what I'm working on...), 

so while I wait I will amuse you with a few random things.  Join us!  I've always wanted to do this.

I am seeing.......a very wintery scene outside my dining room window.
I am hearing.......the humidifier humming and the chimes ringing in the winter wind.
I am smelling......nada.  Need to get some tart warmers turned on I guess!
I tasted.....a chicken fajita, cottage cheese and cheetos.
I am feeling.....cozy and content.
